simply dakshy: post birthday

the night before
the night before my birthday, we went over to michealangelo's and had dinner. whoa! the food was to glory wei! italian! haha. really enjoyed myself eating. underlined - EATING. i ate. note to siew, brenda and all those who think i dont eat and survive on thin air. :) after that, however, we went over to karma - a club in hartamas to cut my cake with my sister's friends and all. that was kinda fun. music was blarring and the best part was that i was accompanied to a club on my 18th birthday with my mom, dad, sis and GRANNY DEAREST. yeap. my grandma actually came to the club with me to cut my cake. how chun is that??

birthday wishes
at sharp 12, Yoga called me all the way from india and spoke to me for like 20 minutes. it was so nice of him. though he was restricted to be outside of his dorm at that time of the night, he still took the risk and spoke to me for so long. i was so touched.

my cousin from uk, aunt from ny and relatives from kl were all calling me nonstop and my phone was ringing constantly till about 1am. after all the calls, i finally rested the phone down and spoke to my family who were patiently waiting for me to be done. they all wished me and by the time i was on my bed to recharge myself for my college the next day which starts at 9am, it was 3am. not that bad.

birthday itself
after a super long day in college, i came back home and started operating my new LAPTOP from acer that my mom got me. whoa! it was super sleak wei. damn chun. anyways, while i was using it, i heard the doorbell ring and i was told to open it. running down to the main gate, i see a guy standing there with a humungous bouquet in his hands. he then came to me and..
"miss dakshyani?"
"yeah.."
"a bouquet from mr.Yoga for you."
"oh my god!"

oh lord.. the bouquet was so pretty! and it was so sweet of him to arrange all these during the hectic period before he was to leave for india. eeeeeeeeeeeee! i was so touched!
